Going It Alone with Cheap Holiday Deals to Berlin, Buenos Aires and San Francisco
A lot of people aren't comfortable with the idea of travelling alone. But why is this? Opportunities tend to present themselves in the most unusual forms, and you're much more likely to do something on a whim if you're by yourself. When travelling by yourself its best to stick to cities that are friendly and open-minded. You're not going to make new friends in a city that's renowned for being rude to tourists. So, take your pick from San Francisco, Berlin and Buenos Aires, and unleash a whole world of opportunity with cheap holiday deals across the globe.
In America it's best to stick to the West Coast as it's famous for having a laid back attitude. If you go out of season you'll probably be able to secure late holiday deals as well, so it won't be too expensive to sleep during your stay.
In terms of temperature, San Francisco isn't completely reliable when it comes to predicting the weather. However, this is a gamble you have to take when making a visit to the city. It makes life a lot more interesting this way too. With any luck you'll be spoiled with a few days of sun, which makes for a very rewarding holiday experience. Make sure you give yourself some time to do some typical touristy stuff, like visiting Alcatraz.
There are some beaches in San Francisco which are definitely worth investigating. Baker beach at 1504, Pershing Drive attracts a lot of friendly, varied people. You might want to note that the north end of the beach is reserved for nudists. About 3.5 miles along the western shore is Ocean Beach, a regular place for bonfire parties, so collect some wood, buy some wine and go and have fun! The place to meet other singles in this city is the Marina Safeway at 15, Marina Boulevard. Known locally as 'Dateway', it has been a singles meeting place for over thirty years.
If you really want to spoil yourself why not invest in all inclusive holidays here? There are lots of luxurious places to stay which will make your trip that little bit more fantastic.
